What is Inspire Me?

Inspire Me is a holistic lifestyle change program based on health behaviour engagement models like the Transtheoretical Model from J. Prohaska and C. Di Clemente, Health Action Process Approach (HAPA), and the Motivation and Volition Concept (MoVo).

These models have been studied and developed to strengthen people’s ability to adopt healthy lifestyle behaviours and promote sustainable changes.

Inspire Me expands on these established methods by addressing and working on the root causes that are subconsciously holding you back.

Inspire me supports you with managing unresolved conflicts, improving your eating, exercise and relaxation habits, based on your needs with three dedicated modules: The Body, Nutrition and The Mind.

Become your own coach!

Change your unhealthy lifestyle for good.

The Body

Your sustainable journey to physical activity & relaxation!

Training and relaxation programs are easily available, but, if you are overweight, or have high blood pressure or diabetes do you know which form of exercise is best for you?
Do you know what you need to be aware of?
What are the risk factors that you need to manage?

The Body teaches training & relaxation methods that suit you best.

You will learn which training program fits your needs and medical conditions. Understand your limits for a safe exercise regime. Discover different styles of relaxation for your body and mind.

Nutrition

Rewrite your eating habits!

The overwhelming information presented to us and the complexity of the ingredients in the food we buy often does not allow us to understand exactly what we are eating. So we consume what we like and sometimes, even believe we’ve made the right healthy choices.

The module Nutrition enables you to choose better.

You will update your knowledge on the digestive system, learn what is good for your body and the properties of food, understand labeling of products and how industry can trick us.

The Mind

Manage unresolved conflicts for the change from within.

Poor behavioral choices are frequently the coping mechanism for unaddressed difficulties and traumas, impacting both physical and mental health leading to chronic diseases such as diabetes, depression, cardiovascular diseases, obesity and many more lifestyle diseases.

The Mind will help you to shape new healthy habits.

You will learn to better understand yourself, discover triggers to unhealthy behaviors, how to work on them and find your motivation.
